Hi, Prince here! I am having a BLAST in my new home. My dad and mom love me very much! I have four human siblings whom I love playing with in our two acres yard, along with my two doggie siblings! My family has all rescue dogs, which is great. They were able to provide me with a loving, high energy life which is just what I need, being a one-year old German Shepherd.
Before I met my new family I had a bit of a rough life. I had to have surgery on my leg after being hit by a car, and once I was healed up, I did not get enough of the exercise or training that I needed, so I was brought to The Humane Society to find me an active family that could save me! And that’s just what they did!
I start off my typical day by taking guard at the front door and keeping an eye on things to protect my family. After that, it’s on to being my dad’s right hand man; I follow my dad around the yard and his shop while he is working and help in any way I can…usually that just includes some admiring looks and inspirational barks! After my guard shifts are over, I retire to the back yard for some playtime with the siblings. I love running with them outside and playing fetch! Once we’re all pretty exhausted, we head inside for a nice night! After dinner, I take my spot back at the front door and put in a few more guard hours. After that its bed time! I think back on the great, long fun day I had, and I can’t wait to do it all over again tomorrow!
Thank you to everyone who has helped me find my forever home, I owe you all big sloppy kisses!!
