photo-pet-educationOur Program:  Providing care and assistance for all the companion animals in need in NWA cannot be accomplished by any single organization.  HSO is proud to provide grants to 501(c)(3) rescues and shelters throughout our region to assist in their operations and needs.  By assisting these shelters and rescue organizations we are able to further promote the efforts of Northwest Arkansas in reducing, and hopefully even eliminating, the euthanisia rate.  This can’t be done alone, but we believe that by working together as a team we can accomplish more.
