Steps:
HSO provides low-cost spay/neuter vouchers to residents of Northwest Arkansas, regardless of income level or location. We pay a portion of the spay/neuter surgery and the pet owner pays a portion.
Due to the generosity of participating veterinary clinics agreeing to the reduced fee, which is paid by the pet owner and the rebate given by HS

1. Look over the Form. Ensure a vet you want to use is listed. IF THE VET IS NOT LISTED WE CANNOT SEND IT TO THEM!
2. Contact the vet to ensure they're taking new patients and ask for an estimate. The vet has the FINAL SAY IN THE BILL.
3. Fill out Form below & click submit.
3. We send over signed, submitted voucher to the Vet Clinic you ch

4. Wait 1-2 businesses days before calling your vet clinic to schedule an appointment.

Dogs:
Male: $70
Female: $85
Any dog over 40# is charged an additional $10 (PER DOG). No dogs over 90# unless clinic approved before hand.
Cats:
Male: $55
Female: $65
*does not include any medicines or any other additional charges the doctor feels necessary the animal needs. Check with the vet FIRST if you're unsure.
